LF or LO Operator NEEDED - Pinkenba

Programmed Skilled Workforce is seeking experienced LO Operators for a global engineering company supplying equipment, tools, and services for processing rock and minerals, based in Pinkenba.

1400-2200

Key Responsibilities:



Operate a forklift safely and efficiently (LF or LO Licence required)



Work with inbound stock, labelling, and handling items with high attention to detail



Check loads are secure and perform pre-start checks on the forklift



Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products to ensure packing specifications are met



Load and unload trucks, move goods packed on pallets or crates around the warehouse



Perform general warehouse tasks including unpacking, stacking pallets, placing items in storage bays, and following stock control instructions



Use racking systems safely, maintain site cleanliness, and remove waste



Pick orders from run sheets, assemble for dispatch, and wrap/strap items to pallets



Use basic hand tools and pallet jacks as required

Requirements:



Valid LF or LO Licence (mandatory)



Ability to pass pre-employment medical, police check, and drug & alcohol testing



Comfortable wearing full PPE: Hi-vis vests, sleeves if wearing vests, reflector strips, pants or shorts, steel-capped boots, ear protection (task-specific), gloves, and safety glasses



Experience handling bulk items – pallets and products of varying shapes and sizes



Attention to detail and a strong focus on workplace safety
